This paper examined the need for peace education In the school curriculum using the integration approach In the journal- and Informal context so as to promote national stability and democratic restructuring. Integration efforts by successive governments were highlighted; historical approaches to peace Integration and the quest fora national peace agenda were also discussed. Ways of Integrating peace education by targeting segments of the society and social Institution were viewed as paramount In eradicating the Influence ofviolence crisis among children ofschool age. As partof recommendation, educators Vshould take cognizance of the affective psychomotor, cognitive domain of learning and utilize Its benefitsduring teaching and learning process.
