Tools For Effective Public Relations Communication In Nigerian Organizations
Communication, the link between an organization and its various publics is essential to organizations' major functions. It facilitates interaction among management, employees, customers, suppliers. financiers and governmentent officials. This makes it the foundation of public relations, because without communication, public relations cannot perform its functions of establishing and sustaining a favourable relationship between organizations and their various publics. In its quest to perform its numerous functions, public relations relies on a number of communication tools. This paper seeks to examine the relevance or these communication tools and the various imperative indices that should be considered before such communication tools can be adopted for effective public relations communications in Nigerian organizations.
